Living the Wheel: A Map for Midlife Healing

Living the Wheel: A Map for Midlife Healing

Healing in midlife doesn’t move in straight lines.

It moves in cycles—through the body, the heart, the mind, and the quieter layers we don’t always have language for.

This class is a slow, nourishing invitation to explore healing through the lens of the Wheel of the Year. We’ll look at how different seasons support different kinds of healing, and why tending the right layer at the right time brings relief instead of exhaustion.

This is not about learning more or doing more. It’s about remembering how to listen. How to soften. How to work with your body and your life, rather than pushing against them.

This space is for midlife women who feel out of sync, tired of fixing themselves, and curious about a gentler, wiser way forward. No preparation needed. Just come as you are.

When the Fixing Ends

An evening of listening, reorientation, and embodied trust

Many of us arrive at healing exhausted—not because we haven’t tried hard enough, but because we’ve tried everything.
Plans. Protocols. Programs.
Experts. Advice. The next right thing.
And still, something feels unsettled.

When the Fixing Ends is a gentle, grounded invitation to pause the search and explore a different orientation to healing—one rooted in listening, timing, and trust rather than urgency and effort.

This is not a workshop or a training.
It’s an experience—one that allows your body to feel what happens when fixing softens and relationship begins.

During this live zoom gathering, we will explore:

  • Why “trying harder” often erodes trust instead of building it
  • How healing shifts when it becomes relational rather than performative
  • What it feels like in the body to stop pushing for answers
  • How listening can become a form of medicine
You’ll be guided through reflective and embodied practices designed to help you sense—not analyze—what changes when effort gives way to presence.

This is for you if:

  • You’ve tried many ways of healing and feel ready for something different
  • You sense the next step isn’t another plan, but a new relationship with yourself
  • You want to trust your body and inner knowing without rejecting good support
  • You’re open to slowing down and listening rather than fixing
This gathering is not about learning more—it’s about remembering what’s already available when we stop overriding ourselves.
