My journey is one of deep healing and transformation. Guided by the teachings of HeatherAsh Amara, Michael Singer, and Dr. Natasha Campbell-McBride, I’ve spent a lifetime learning to embrace the full spectrum of human experience—from chronic illness to profound loss.

I’ve navigated the often invisible terrain of autoimmune illness and decades of debilitating migraines. These challenges, while painful, became my teachers. When I lost my 23-year-old son and found myself in the midst of a court case involving a drunk driver, I leaned into these teachings more than ever. Rather than run from pain, I’ve learned to sit with it, breathe through it, and slowly unravel its roots.

This is the path I now walk with others—one of radical presence, gentle inquiry, and compassionate self-discovery. Through embodied practices, nutritional wisdom, and soul-aligned guidance, I help others reconnect with their inner resilience and rediscover the joy that lives beneath the grief, the fatigue, and the chaos.
