Maredith “Edie” Brennan, CHFS, CGP

2012-08-14 13.34.32

Edie Brennan is a busy mother of three, who began her own journey to achieve health as she struggled with unsuccessful medical treatments for ulcerative colitis as a young adult.  After years of increasing treatments, medications, and threatening surgeries, all with no results in symptom reduction, her self guided study lead her to heal rapidly through diet and nutrition.
She is very passionate about health and wellness for all, and educating others to achieve their optimal health and potential.   Having been through a transition to a nourishing, whole foods diet after dealing with the frustrations of poor health, financial strain, and conflicting medical advice, Edie understands how overwhelming the process can seem and strives to make it attainable and practical for everyone based on their own individual needs and situations.
