Demystifying the process of making your own delicious, nutritious fermented foods! Come learn about the health benefits of cultured (lacto-fermented) foods and practice making your own. Fermenting demonstrations and samples of a variety of cultured foods will be included. Bring a small (pint or half pint) glass jar to take home a sample of your handiwork.
Classes require a minimum of 5 attendees
